How To Create A Facebook Landing Page (HTML / iFrame Edition)

Facebook has once again made changes and will no longer be using FBML.  From now on they will only support HTML.  This next tutorial will explain in detail how to create a landing page or squeeze page for your Facebook Fan Page using HTML / iFrame.  The reason you want to have a landing page is because when someone goes to your page, by default, they go directly to your wall.  The Facebook Wall does not do a very good job showing what you do or what your business is all about.  With a Landing Page, you can customize what they see.  You can literally put anything you want on a landing page.  In order for this to work you must first have a minimum of 25 LIKES to your fan page.  The reason for this is because this is what Facebook requires in order to create a personalized URL for your page.  The first 25 LIKES is pretty easy.  All I did was post a request to all of my friends to LIKE my page.  I also send a bulletin email to my closest friends explaining why I needed them to do this.  Once you have done that, you are ready to go.  I just created my Landing page yesterday using this system.  click on this link to see mine.  It is very simple.  In fact if you click LIKE you will be able to see the second landing page that I set up just for followers.  This is really awesome and should help you get many more LIKES on your page.   Pat does an amazing job walking you through step by step.  You can actually set it up while you are watching the tutorial.   Ok Lets get started... In about 10 minutes, you should have your new Facebook

There you have it!  How easy was that?  And best of all it didn't cost you a dime!  Please leave a comment about your experience with this process.  Thank you and make sure to check back frequently for more useful information on how to build your business for free or almost free...

How To Create A Fan Page On Face Book

Facebook is the #1 Social Networking site on the Internet today.  Most businesses now have their own Facebook Fan Page.  Why do you think that is?  Because it works!  Facebook gets more daily traffic than any other website... Period!  Before you can create a Facebook Fan Page for your business, website or blog, you must have a personal Facebook profile.  If you don't already have one you will need to go to http://www.facebook.com sign up for free and create a profile before you can proceed any further.

You may be wondering why you would want a Facebook Fan Page and how it will help you get traffic to your website or blog.  Let me just give you an example of what happens when someone "LIKES" your Fan Page.  First of all a clickable link to your Fan Page shows up on the profile of the person who "LIKES" your page. Anyone who visits that persons profile can see it.  If that person has 200 friends then each time you post something to your Fan Page, your post will show up in that persons news feed.  It is then viewable by all 200 of their friends as well.  So if you get 100 "LIKES" to your Fan Page and each of those people have 100 friends, that means your message can potentially reach 10,000 people for free.  Can you see now why you might want to have a Facebook Fan Page?

One of the ways to get tons of "LIKES" on your Fan Page is to have a landing page connected to your link.  This is pretty easy and can also be done for free.  click here to see my Facebook landing page.  https://www.facebook.com/CustomerAdvantageCoupons   If you liked my page, you will notice that a second landing page was displayed.  This is another trick I will show you in another tutorial but for now lets just get your Fan Page set up....
